Trailblazer was designed from the ground up to be intuitive to use, requiring no training, and providing a reliable back office system to help manage your repair center. Having worked in the electronics repair business ourselves, we understood the potential difficulties of running such a business, and we sought to minimise the effort required – for you and your customers. From the start, we had in mind a system that would keep all staff and customers updated with progress of repairs, and track each item in real time. This is done using SMS, emails, a built in messaging system, and colour coded grids so you can see, instantly which repairs need your attention.
API – If you would like to build your own software to extend Trailblazer, we can provide a Web Service based API . This is useful for your own reporting purposes, or integrating with a web site.
